1. Acknowledgement of Medical Procedures
The undersigned acknowledges that they are undergoing medical procedures unrelated to Bali Luxe Medical. The undersigned understands that Bali Luxe Medical is not responsible for any medical complications or outcomes arising from these procedures.
2. Limitation of Liability
Bali Luxe Medical shall not be liable for any injuries, medical complications, or adverse outcomes that occur during the undersigned's stay. The undersigned agrees that Bali Luxe Medical is not responsible for any accidents or incidents within the accommodation.
3. Assumption of Risk
The undersigned acknowledges that they are staying at Bali Luxe Medical at their own risk. The undersigned understands that recovery from medical procedures carries inherent risks, and Bali Luxe Medical does not provide medical care.
4. Medical Support and Emergency Procedures
Bali Luxe Medical provides supplementary medical support and emergency procedures, which are not a replacement for professional medical care. The undersigned is responsible for seeking professional medical assistance as needed.
5. Compliance with Rules and Regulations
The undersigned agrees to comply with all rules and processes of Bali Luxe Medical during their stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.
6. Indemnification
The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bali Luxe Medical from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their stay.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia and Australia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
8. Language
This disclaimer is provided in English and Indonesian. In case of any discrepancies between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
